New Dish...Roasted Garlic Herb Shrimp

Ingredients needed:
-1 lb shrimp
-5 cloves garlic
-1 lemon for zest and wedges
-1 1/2 tsp thyme
-1 1/2 tsp basil
-2 tbsp butter
-salt and pepper
-angel hair pasta



-preheat oven to 400*
-use the lemon to get 2 tsp of zest, then cut into wedges
-in an oven safe pan, add olive oil, lemon zest, thyme, basil, and salt and pepper
-bake in oven for 10 minutes
-remove pan from oven and add butter, lemon wedges, garlic, and shrimp
-stir all the ingredients into oil mixture
-bake for another 10-12 minutes
-serve over angel hair pasta
-Enjoy!




New Dish...Chicken Parm

Ingredients needed:
-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-1/2 cup milk
-1 1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
-1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-1 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
-1 cup marinara sauce
-olive oil

-mix egg and milk together
-coat pieces of chicken in egg and milk mixture
-completely coat chicken in bread crumbs
-heat oil in skillet
-put coated chicken in skillet and brown 3-4 minutes on both sides
-preheat oven to 350*
-place chicken on baking pan then layer with cheese and sauce as follows:
     -3/4 mozzarella cheese
     -3/4 parmesan cheese
     -1 cup marinara sauce
     -3/4 mozzarella cheese
     -3/4 parmesan cheese
-bake in oven 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 170*
-serve with bowtie pasta and parmesan cheese








New Dish...Fettucine Alfredo

Ingredients needed:
-fettuccine noodles
-4 tbsp butter
-2/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
-1/4 cup chopped parsley


-melt the butter in a large skillet
-after the butter is completely melted, add the heavy whipping cream and stir
-continue stirring over medium heat
-once boiling, add the parmesan cheese
-continue stirring until there is a smooth consistency
-add the parsley
-leave over heat for about 5 more minutes, continually stirring 
-serve of fettuccine noodles
-Enjoy!














New Dish...Stir Fry

Ingredients needed:
-2 cups of rice
-1 cup of broccoli
-1 cup of cut carrots
-1/2 onion
-1/2 green pepper
-1 zucchini
-1 can of mini corn cobs
-1/8 cup corn starch
-1/4 cup of water
-soy sauce
-salt, pepper and garlic powder


 -cook rice according to box instructions
-cut up chicken in to small pieces, season with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat in a skillet
-cut broccoli into mini florets
-cut carrots and zucchini into small pieces
-cut green pepper and onion into long strips
-cut mini corns in half
-add all veggies to skillet and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
-cook veggies for 10-15 minutes over medium heat
mix together corn starch and water until you get a thick mixture
-add corn starch mixture and 1/8 cup of soy sauce to skillet of veggies
-add in the chicken
-mix all together
-serve over rice with soy sauce and rice noodles
-Enjoy!
















New Dish...Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients needed:
-2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-32 oz chicken broth
-1 onion
-1 green pepper
-1 red pepper
-5 cloves of garlic
-1 can tomatoes with green chiles
-1 can black beans
-1 can of corn
-1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
-shredded cheese and tortilla chips to top
            

 -cook chicken in a skillet on stove top
-pull apart chicken into shredded pieces
-cut onion and mince garlic and sautee over low to medium heat
-in a large soup pot, add cooked chicken and veggies
-cut both peppers and add to pot 
            
-drain and rinse black beans and add to pot
-drain tomatoes and corn and add to pot
-add the chicken broth with the salt, pepper, and chili powder
-turn on over medium to high heat until it starts to boil
-once boiling, turn to low heat and let simmer for atleast 30 minutes
-if the soup is too thick, add 1/2 cup water at a time until desired thickness
-serve hot with shredded cheese and tortilla chips
-Enjoy!






New Dish...French Bread Pizza

Ingredients needed:
-loaf of baked french bread
-15 oz of pizza sauce
-pepperoni
-1/2 lb of ground beef
-mozzarella cheese
-basil and oregano
-salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder

-preheat oven to 350*
-season the ground beef with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder; then cook the on the stove top
-cut the bread horizontally to split into two flat halves
-spread the pizza sauce evenly on each half of the bread
-add the beef and pepperoni
-sprinkle basil and oregano over the toppings 
-place in over for 18-20 minutes or until pizza looks crispy
-add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese to each half
-place back in oven for 4-6 minutes or until cheese is melted and gooey
-Enjoy!
